Our shipping days are Monday to Friday. Generally, if the item is in stock, you can expect to receive it within 2-3 days after placing the order.
You can freely design your desired pattern or logo, and we can customize it for printing on your cups, soup cups, or food containers.
Not at all. If you have your own design file, the cost per item will only increase by about NT$0.3 to NT$0.5, allowing you to add personalized designs or advertisements to your takeout packaging. If you don’t have a design file, we can also provide a designer to create one for you (design fees are additional).
Yes, there is. Due to the manufacturer’s limitations for mold creation and ink spraying, the minimum order quantity for custom designs is 15 boxes.
Our products are all locally made in Taiwan and comply with Taiwanese regulations. Each product has a QR code for traceability, ensuring that you can use and consume them with confidence.
There are cheaper options available, but many of the products on the market, especially those from Mainland China, are black-box products that do not comply with current Taiwanese regulations. These products often use non-food-grade paper and lack QR codes for traceability. If the government discovers such products, fines could be imposed. While our products may not be as cheap as those black-box products from Mainland China, they are among the most affordable locally made products in Taiwan.
No, our products undergo optical AI inspection during manufacturing, and they are also re-inspected before shipment. This significantly reduces the defect rate and ensures high product quality for our customers. If any issues arise with the products, we will assist in resolving them.
